MindRoom Gmail is a private, personal-use integration operated by the owner of this site. It connects a self-hosted MindRoom assistant to Google services only after the account owner grants permission through Google OAuth.
The integration may access Google account data that the user explicitly authorizes, such as Gmail messages, message metadata, and related mailbox information, in order to perform requested assistant functions such as searching, reading, and summarizing email.
Google account data is used only to provide functions requested by the authorized user. The integration is not offered as a public service and does not sell Google account data or use it for advertising.
Data is not intentionally shared with unrelated third parties. Processing may occur through the self-hosted MindRoom system and any AI model provider selected by the user for a given request.
Access is granted through Google OAuth and can be revoked at any time from the user's Google Account security settings. Revoking access prevents future use of the Google authorization by this integration.
For privacy questions, use the support contact shown on the Google OAuth consent screen.
